Delivery & Returns

Delivery within Dhaka is ৳70 and outside Dhaka is ৳150. These charges may vary depending on the quantity, weight, and urgency of your order.

Since all our products are handmade after your order is placed, delivery times may vary. It can take up to 1–2 weeks in some cases depending on the order size and complexity.

Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any reason other than a product defect or damage. Returns are only accepted if there is a genuine issue with the product itself.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product does not match what was ordered (wrong item).
• There is a manufacturing fault or quality issue.

All return requests must include clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product. Requests without proof will not be processed.

To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp with the following information:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos as proof.

Our team will review your request and get back to you. If approved, we will guide you on the next steps for shipping the product back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
