Easy Returns
We want you to love your Tanzistretto purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging included when possible
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Download and print the provided return shipping label.

Package your return
Place the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship your return
Drop off the package at the carrier or schedule a pickup using the return label.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process once received at our warehouse.
Refund Timeline
After processing, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy.

- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
